BluRose labor support doula services are unique to the need of birthing individual and partner, and may include but are not limited to:

• Complimentary consultation

• 2 prenatal visits to discuss birth plan and preparation for birth

• One-on-one education including private birth education as well additional educational resources

• Unlimited phone support leading up to delivery day

• Complete face to face support once labor commences

• 1-2 hours postpartum support including initial breastfeeding support

• 2 postpartum visit (in-person or virtual)

• Assistance identifying additional providers such as photography, massage, pediatrician, belly casting.

• Birth notes typed by me and emailed to you within 2 weeks postpartum

Our birth and postpartum doula services can be tailored to your specific needs and may include: In home company, light housework and meal prep, assistance with activities of daily living, shopping, preparation for baby, nursery organization, coordination of hair stylist and nail care (in-home). We do more than just provide Tampa doula services — we make sure you feel great!

A virtual doula provides provides education, reassuring support throughout the pregnancy, labor and birth as well as the postpartum period and comforting affirmations. The level of care is parallel in quality to that of traditional in person support, except services will be delivered virtually via a selected platform at time of initiation of services.
