Welcome and congratulations if you’re expecting! My name is Ashley, I’m a mom and Doula serving Polk County and surrounding areas. I am honored and excited to support all birthing persons on their pregnancy journey.

My goal as your Doula is to provide you with unconditional support, techniques and tools, and evidence-based information so you can make the best decision for yourself!

I doula because of the maternal health gap within marginalized groups like:

• Families within financial hardship

I doula because I know that my role in assisting individuals during birth is more of a necessity in today's society. I understand and trust the natural process of birth. I support you through all birth outcomes and decisions regarding your body, your baby and your birth!​
