How will hiring you affect my partner's role during the birth?
Your partner and I will be a team. It won't affect his/her role in the birth. I believe in being a team player to help make your birth experience everything you dreamed it would be.
What are your interactions with medical staff like?
When I walk in the room, I create a peaceful atmosphere. I help where its needed while also making sure I provide you with the support you need. My role is to make sure your birth space is calming and peaceful.
Do you perform any physical examinations?
No, as your birth doula, I am there to be an emotional, physical, and knowledge support for you and your partner.
